Linguistically Speaking

Motivation

Getting the dates of the oral exams came as a little shock to me - I'm running out of time! But then, I've also done most of the work, and it's good panic-treatment and motivation to actually visualize that!

These are the books that I have already read:

Read-1

Read-2

And these are the ones that I still need to read:

To-Read

(However, I've read some of the books on the 'read' pictures some time ago... It'll still take time to remember what they were about. Also, there are seven linguistics-articles to be added to the 'not yet read' category. But the articles I have already read aren't on the pictures, either, so that's ok.)

I think that looks fairly ok!! Did the same thing on my shelf, but as my 'still to read'-list is a bit longer than yours, I don't have time to take a picture ;-). No, seriously, I've got a few looooong books to read still, though not that many (and all except for one for my last exam, in May), and some I would like to look at again...

Would like to re-read Barry and my literary theory notes again next week, too - after all, it wouldn't be a lot of work getting 'up-to-date' again in literary theory, and I might be able to use it in one of the four literature exams... don't know whether I should 'spare' the time, though. What about you?
