The Language Question...
Here's a suggestion for a language "policy":
[It's actually a pity none of us chose ME/OE topics for the exams, we could practice online!]
Also, it would be nice to have categories to organize our posts - so you could just click on a specific category and see all posts relating e.g. to Engl. Lit. 18th century. Still working on that one, though - this site does not offer them automatically, but apparently there are ways to do that anyway. I'm making myself internet-wise ;-)
- stuff about English lit&linguistics in English
- stuff about German lit&linguistics in German (maybe even standard German? Though I'd leave that for you to decide, I don't have any German written exams, so we could do this in Swiss German as well)
- personal stuff in whatever language is preferred - Swiss German or English, probably
